1. Operator and application
Cooper Nooraye Workspace Assistant (“the Assistant”) is operated under the Nooraye Software trading identity by Insight Software Solutions CC (“we”, “us” or “the operator”) in South Africa.
2. Private-use service
The Assistant is a private, single-account automation tool. It is not offered for public registration, resale or general consumer use. Access is limited to users expressly authorised by the operator.
3. Google authorisation
Use of Google Workspace functions requires the user to grant permissions through Google OAuth. The user is responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and may revoke them through their Google Account at any time.
The Assistant is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Google LLC.
4. Human authority and instructions
The authorised operator remains responsible for instructions given to the Assistant and for reviewing consequential actions. The Assistant may require confirmation before sending communications, changing calendar entries, sharing or deleting files, modifying documents, or taking other external actions.
5. Acceptable use
The Assistant may not be used to:
- access an account or information without valid authority;
- violate applicable law, contractual obligations or third-party rights;
- send deceptive, abusive, unlawful or unsolicited communications;
- circumvent Google security controls or permission requirements;
- introduce malware or attempt to disrupt connected services; or
- misrepresent automated output as verified fact without appropriate review.
6. Privacy
Use of Google user data is governed by the Assistant’s Privacy Policy. The user should not authorise access they do not understand or accept.
7. Availability and changes
The Assistant depends on local software, Google APIs, AI service providers and network availability. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued to protect security, comply with policy, or reflect operational requirements.
8. Output and warranties
AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed where accuracy matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Assistant is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Assistant, third-party service interruption, unauthorised instructions, or reliance on unreviewed output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access when required for security, policy compliance, loss of authority, service discontinuation or misuse. The user may stop using the Assistant and revoke Google access at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the Assistant’s functionality, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
